Email hello@diywellsite.site with subject "Refund Request" and the email address used for purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Because the guide is delivered as a digital file, we ask refund requests be made in good faith. We reserve the right to decline repeat refund requests from the same purchaser.
